Dear EED,

Just to let you all know that recently EED placed a “Please Queue” sign on the door of the department. The staff learn that in many occasions, many students just abruptly come in and talk while we are still in the middle of dealing with issues, either with someone or something. What normally enter the doors are issues and our job is to give solutions. Added by enormous number of EED members, a professional time and space must be created. We need to be crystal clear before coming to another issue. Simply to say, we all need to be professional. Thus, solutions can be provided.

We found out that within one week, the students’ behaviour is slightly changing. A good sign!
